here is another set of headlights i hand painted for my buddys cheby.. thought i would share... they were completly chrome

i would have done a couple things different but thats how he wanted them ....
took quite a few hours with a paint brush

Those led pics are pretty cool. I would like to try some stuff with leds in my headlights but I have never worked with them before.

theyre super easy.. if you buy them get either 5mm or 8mm pre-wired.. so you can just wire them up add a switch and your good to go.. if i do my headlights i will do a detailed DIY for you guys..

ive got all blue led's on my interior now, dash, map lights, cup holders, floorboards,info center, gauges, ect ect.. takes some time but its well worth it.. ill try to snap some pics of the interior when it gets dark

that can be done with 2 led's and a clear plastic stick used for opening and closing your mini-blinds.. ill see if i can find you a link. ive never tried it but looks easy enough..

ok not exactly what i was looking for but this should give you an idea of whats involved.. good song as well...

I would like to make my own, think they look pretty good on these trucks but never really knew what went into making them. Any siuggestions as to where to buy the leds and what type I should get?

I think bright white with maybe a hint of blue (not too much blue) would be a good color.

Yeah, like a 5000k HID color... Pure white with a small tinge of blue

That sounds exactly what I am looking for. Now I just need a shopping list of what I need to buy to do this mod.
