Maybe try @RamCares and see if you can get a good will repair? Definitely looks like a manufacturer defect.

I have the same year and model, only 35,000 miles and the dash is starting to Bubble, garage kept. That said, dashboard bubbling in Ram trucks (especially certain model years) has been a widely reported issue. Many owners have noted it even with low mileage and proper care, like garage storage. While it's often considered a cosmetic defect, it can affect resale value and driver satisfaction.

Seems like you are on your own .

Why not have an upholsterer repair it , then you do not have to look at it every time you drive somewhere.

Keep at Ram cares less , maybe one day you’ll get reimbursed, or not .
But your dash will be fixed , and if you decide to sell or trade ,the value will be that much higher.
Dm Ram cares on a daily basis . Squeaky wheel ?

Not a Ram only problem. My $100k Caddy CT6 Platinum did same thing. GM couldn't be bothered because it was 2k miles over factory warranty.
