Dataviewer a reliable way to check 0-60 times?

Logged a couple 0-60 runs with my DCX. After viewing the times i am not getting any better times with a S&B, Maggy and Hemifever tune. I realize a lot of variables come into play when recording 0-60 but i am constantly running stock time of 7 seconds. I would expect some improvement over stock with my mods. Any thoughts?

Have you reset the computer? Pulled the battery terminal for 15-20 minutes and then reconnected it?

Reset it to what? The tuner allows you to flash the computer so you can change the parameters. A reset is usually needed when adding mods to a non tuned vehicle. I could be wrong but I don't think a reset would change much on a written tune. It cant hurt though and is worth a try I guess.

I am going to switch between different tunes and log data for each and compare. Time consuming to say the least lol

I'm running consistent 5.9's in my crewcab with 14" Magnaflow,Y pipe, edge 2800 and hemifever tune..Thats leaving easy and then mashing on it with TC on.. It will come on and limit power for a split second..I added a vararam and electric fan setup yesterday but haven't gotten a good 0-60 time yet due to traction, But I sent Sean a log to look over and he said that I was almost a full 1sec faster from 20-80 than I was before I added the vararam and e-fans.
I'm pretty damn close to sea level also...

Ya I talked to Sean and he wants me to send him a couple logs. I have just been mashing it from a stand still with TC on. No reason I should be in the 7's still though. Its pretty frustrating to say the least. Im sure Sean will get it worked out.

Yea If you are spinning slit then TC is killing your power by just standing on it from a stop..Leave TC on and try leaving easy then standing on it once you are moving..

It has to be selected as a pid in your tuner to record the data. How to select it depends on what tuner you have. Check your user manual. Your user manual is on the diablosport drive when it is plugged into your computer. You can only select a limited number of pid's on the intune because of memory limitations. If you want to use all pid's I suggest you live data stream to your laptop if you have one.

Ok. I'll check for it again in the PIDs. Didn't see it last time.
