De-badged for the most part...I'm not sure how I feel about it.

So this weekend I took all the chrome badges off. I replaced the Ram on the grill and the tailgate, and replaced the hemi badges with the black hemi badges, leaving off the 4x4 on the tailgate and the Ram 1500s.

Now I think I miss them, I'm not sure yet. Are there measurements anywhere if by chance I did decide I wanted to put them back on?

Maybe another truck just like yours----just get the owner's permission before you start walking around their truck measuring stuff :naughty::naughty:

Haha, I more than likely will just end up leaving it as is.

I think badges off gives the truck a cleaner look

They don't need to be exact. Put them where you want them as long as they're the same on each side. I had the ram 1500 on the doors removed but left the hemi and laramie and 4x4 on the tailgate. I took off the hemi and ram 1500 off my last truck and thought it looked too plain. Looks good with just the hemi imo.

I think it gives it a cleaner look, but I like the badges to be honest.

Trying to decide if I want to remove the door badges or keep them on my white limited. Also thinking of replacing the hemi 5.7 badge with the badge that just says hemi with white face and chrome trim off a challenger

Personally I like the badges. Looks kind of plain without them.

I'm debating on what to do with my Sport as well. I think I'm leaning towards something different. Considering trying the RAM 1500 on the doors, the Ram head front and back painted to match the truck. So it'll blend into the panels, but still give it like a 3D effect. And then removing HEMI altogether off the fender.

Like said before. They don’t have to be exact. I’m one of the few that hate debadging for the reason stated a couple times in this thread about it looking too plain. I will add boring to that.

I debadged my RCSB with chrome lettering, but I like the black badges on this one so I'm leaving them

I like a slight debadge.. the ram 1500 on the door had to go (way to big) I left the Hemi badges (will eventually swap them for the black/chrome ones) and left the 4x4 on the rear but added a overlay to get rid of most of the chrome.

That is funny. I did the same thing, took them, as I have done this with all my previous Rams.. but for some reason, this truck seemed like it needed them.

Off with the Chrome - and I did the Ram 1500 and the Hemi with the black. Seems to go well with my Red truck!

First thing I do to all my vehicles is to debadge them. Was a tempted to leave them on the Ram as the black badges looked good, but they came off after a month.

I took some of the badges off my previous black Ram. I kinda like them on my new white Ram; for some reason it feels like they are needed. I've seen a white Ram with only the "1500" removed from the doors, with the RAM and Hemi badges still on. I liked that look. One of these days I may remove the 1500...haven't made up my mind yet.

Mines a whyte ram.....removed ram and 1500 off sides, left hemi but swapped to black, swapped oem grill n tailgate rams heads with black, still have bighorn on tailgate. Undecided about it as black ones look weird to me. Will probably remove it
