Dealer scratched new truck

When I had my 11 repainted due to factory flawed paint Chrysler said if the warranty work was done by a factory authorized Chrysler body shop it would not show up on carfax or any Chrysler records.

When my lawsuit was settled with Chrysler I immediately traded the truck in at the same dealer that did the paint work, the sales department showed that my truck had been through their service department, but there was no description of what had been done. They did some searching and could not find any records. I just played stupid they screwed up 18 months of my life.

Put some pliers in your back pocket and lean, as you slide on the Viper or Hellcat in the show room and say, Oops, I forgot those were in my pocket! Just kidding, Let em' fix it and move on.
