Well if it’s a 10 now, I’d say it was 6 before. Does the video work? Has anyone tried to view it?

Here’s a video of what happens after going over small railroad tracks.

Not even close to death wobble, yes video works. Did you get firm shocks? I will be interested to see if something that simple fixes it.

You got bigger tires, rims, and wheel spacers all at once? If so that clearly isn't the problem, just magnified it.

The struts I got are adjustable. Rancho 2” quickLIFT replacing the fronts right now.

It wasn’t all at once, tires are stock size replaced 30k miles ago. wheels are what came with the truck. I just added the spacers recently.

It has the electric steering on it. I would think if it is not the struts. Then its definitely in the steering mechanism.

Almost looks like it is fighting itself to self center.

We will see what happens when I put the new struts on!

Had that issue with my 2006 ram 1500, it was the lower control arms. The bushings were shot at 78k miles so I replaced them when I put the lift on that truck. Never had a issue after that.

When that happened to us the 8 ply tires with about 10,000 miles on them were 7+ years old and we could see the side walls were deteriorating with “waves” shaped like swells around the perimiters. With 65000 miles on the truck we replaced the tires and that got rid of the wobble when crossing highway bumps at speed.

Tires are about a year old. 30K miles on them. And I don’t see any visible damage, wear, or defects on them. Struts will be in later this week. They are the first thing I am trying. Bushings next. Then new tires..

Hopefully I’ll be able to get under my truck next week and figure out what’s going on with it.

I have a 2015 1500 sport 4x4 and recently when I hit a pothole or bump in the road my steering wheel goes crazy! Is this the death wobble? What can I do to fix it?! I have about 95,000 miles. Mechanic said there was nothing wrong with it and everything was tight. Any ideas? Id upload the video I took this morning but it says it’s too large of a file. Thanks!

What kind of front grille is that?

That wobble looks like something electronic to me. If it were an out of round tire or rim as suggested, you would always feel it, not just for a second. I had rack and pinion steering on one of my old cars (a Ford Capri, yes a LONG time ago!), and when the rack & pinion "stuff" started to wear out, I would get a very similar wobble periodically on the highway when I was making a slight turn OR when I hit pot holes at speed (above 40,mph).
