How heavy a tow when it becomes noticeable? I tow ~ 7,000 lbs occasionally. I might feel it a little, but I'm always on highways towing.

Mine is a Power Wagon, so softer springs. I notice it with a bed of firewood and on the interstate but not with a bed of mulch on surface streets. I don't think tow weight would be the metric that mattered, but more so tongue weight. Basically the deeper you cycle the suspension, the more it shoves the rear to the side so the question is one of load on rear suspension, how big a bump, and what speed you hit it at.

Wait - tongue weight is correlated to tow weight, right? Tongue weight is 10% of tow weight.

Tongue weight varies, it's not a set percentage. Load a trailer stupidly enough and you can have a negative tongue weight.
That’s why I carry the heavy stuff (Weber grille, spare tires, tools, etc) in the bed of the truck (11,700 GVWR). My travel trailer, an Airstream 27FB is so light I could forget it’s there.

One post said get the air suspension, well I have it and its great to hitch and un-hitch. But it still rides like a truck, loaded or unloaded. I had a 3500 , and traded it for this 2500 diesel when I downsized my RV. Honestly wished very much that I would have kept the 3500. This coil suspension when loaded feels like its floating from side to side at times?
Have you weighed the RV loaded? Pin and total weight? What does your door sticker say for max weights?
