Found 2.45 liters front and rear diff. I have the 2004 SLT 2500 4 wheel drive. Will this need a limited slip differential additive in it? TIA

Depends who you ask. I was reading a thread on this site yesterday that said all modern gear oils include the friction modifier so you don't need to add it separately. I'd need to do more research.

I had the tranny shop do mine on Monday while they were doing the transmission and I didn't ask what they put in so I can't tell you what they used.

Just did mine last Friday:

75w90 (Royal Purple states LSD additive on the front of the bottle, as well others do to)
2.4 qts front axle (approx)
2.65 quarts (rear Ram 2500/3500 10.5" axle)
3.81 quarts (rear Ram 2500/3500 11.5" axle)
32ft fbs torque

I did both of my differentials last week. I used Royal Purple 75/90 for both. Then I changed the transfer case fluid with mopar stuff at $30/quart. Grrrr

Anyway I just tightened all fill and drain plugs hand tight plus 1/4 turn. I’ve always don’t it that way and never had a leak
