So I know the 4th gen muffler deletes all accomplish the same thing but they appear to have some subtle design differences.

Example:
The magnaflow delete appears to have a decent amount of pipe before the y delete and dual pipes. In theory this should move the exhaust further rear and away from the cab and perhaps drone less or have slightly less interior noise... see below.

Alternatively the solo delete seems to have the y pipe much more forward and then longer tail pipe portions after the y. This would appear to keep “the delete portion” further towards the cab. Would this equate to more interior. Noise or drone?

Any thoughts or feedback from people running either kit would be appreciated

I have no experience with either I went with a xpipe. IMHO sounds better and has the most benefits.

Yea but that would require cutting and welding. I’ve heard your truck and love the sound. However I have commitment issues lol / the wife and kids ride in it often so if it’s too loud then bolt on comes off easily and my current muffler (carven) goes right back in.

You could have the local exhaust shop fab up a x pipe that would be slide in and built up just like you see with the above. And if that was to loud just got to a dual in dual out set up muffler. And still have the benefit of the x

No denying it will be loud inside no matter what style. If wife & kids are gearheads no problem.
