directional headlights

5th gen 2022 limited directional headlight service light on with check trailer brake system.
both warning lights appeared after an engine power wash .
trailer brakes do still work and directional headlights do not
any ideas ?

Improper Power wash was a bad idea. Ya gotta protect electrical circuits.

Today's vehicles are giant computers and power washing the engine bay can be highly problematic. Best thing to do is clean as many contacts as possible with a quality contact solution to attempt to displace any remaining water.

I like directional headlights a lot. The new lights on Ram trucks are really good, much better than the old Ford.
But at 75 seeing at night is more of a challenge.

I had electrical problems with my 21 tail lights after a very powerful jet spray wash…… service rear something or rear brake light out when it wasn’t, or something like that. It went away on its own eventually.
