Do I have an alarm

Hello! First time poster and new owner of a 2005 1500 Quad Hemi 5.7. This truck was acquired in a friends passing in need of a lot of work... But we had a key made and it works, but how do we tell if it has an alarm and I have yet to find a post how to sync new key fobs for it? Thank you all in advance!

FOBs were first used in 1996 or 1997 in Dodge Rams, possibly before that

Programming was quite simple back then

I would not buy from eBay, but that is up to each persons preferences
