Does cpo warranty cover manifold bolts?

Started noticing a little tick at startup from the passenger side, wiggled the heatshield and noticed it was loose, driver side is tight. I bought the truck was a cpo, came with a Powertrain warranty up to 100k, anyone had this covered?

My bolts were covered by the 100k warranty.
