Door will not unlock

My drivers side door will not unlock using key fob, using the key in the door works, fine, you have to lock and unlock it by hand on top of the door, any ideas on what may be wrong, the rest of the doors work fine.

Bad actuator

Yep sounds like the acutator. I've seen a similar issue in a minivan and it was the actuator.

anyone got a part number? how hard is it to change?

You can get em at any auto parts store. Ive never replaced one but I dont think theyre too bad to do

I called my local dodge dealership today looking for the part......he needed my vin number, he said there were eight different possibilities for the part....I have a hard time believing that one!
