The other week I was just doing some routine checking under the truck and I noticed that my Inez bracket on my passenger side was cracked. I've read on here before about it happening. A quick message to Victor from IHC on Instagram and they had the new design brackets sent out to me that day. Gotta love a company that sticks behind their products to help you out.

Noticed something was wrong a few weeks ago like something broke. Both brackets broke on each side. Had to park my truck. Called Inez, shipped out replacements in 2 days. Brackets are beefier. Happy with their quick response.

Same thing happened to me head sent me his revised brackets at no charge. Also if you purchased the front control arms from inez as well i suggest you replace the ball joints. Watever brand he uses for his ball joints is inferior. I ended busting a lower ball joint breaking the liner and bending in a fender. Replaced all the balljoints with moog balljoints.

Those are some scary pictures with the broken ball joint. Hope know one was injured other than the damage to the truck. How many miles did you have on your kit when this happened? I was concerned about this when I had to put SO MUCH torque on the lower ball joints to get them in far enough for the cotter pin to be put in. IHR said that was normal. I'm not sure what it will take to get them out now.

Not sure how long you guys purchased your IHR kits. I purchased mine Dec 2018 and I have the newer designed rear brackets. Wonder if they have upgraded the ball joints.

I see no grease on that broken ball joint..... so installer error

Be different if that was the first incident with Inez's cheap ball joints, but it isn't.There's been a few cases of guys loosing the ball joints on Inez's kits .He must source his ball joints from off shore,as this is not the first time guys have had one let go,greased or not it shouldn't break the bolt shaft on a fairly new ball joint, that's not installer error, that's cheap parts
