Going to be installing the readylift sst kit next week and I have the Airlift Bags in my springs now which I like.

Problem is the air line comes out the top of the bag and the spacer is solid, so If I want to keep the air bags installed I will have to somehow drill a small hole in the middle of the spacer.

It is alluminum and was wondering if anybody has ever drilled into something like that. I will have to find someone with a drill press for sure.

Any body know if that would be drillable and not compromise it?

Its a solid block or puck of aluminum. All the pressure is on the perimeter of the spacer. Id say drilling the center out and smoothing edges would make zero difference in the structural rigidity of it. But thats just my logic.

I agree, deburr your edges well and consider some anti chaffing setup for the air line passing through.

You should be fine, use a rubber hose to slide in the hole then run your line through and no worries about line chaff.
