Drive shaft noise

I have a 2004 Ram 1500. When I have my foot on the gas I get noise from the drive line. When I lift off the gas the noise goes away. At first I thought I had a bad rear wheel bearing so I replaced those but nothing changed. Does any one have an idea of what to check?

I should have mentioned that this is on a 2 wheel drive.

U joints and differential.... What kind of noise is it?

Most likely the pinion beariing in the rear end.
