That first pic is clearly under the cutoff. Hence the "high beam" look.

Aim em at a wall 30' away and get a wall shot.

What I was saying is if you're under the cutoff it is as bright as high beam. I know that's low beam.

Look at these pic Scott

First pic low beam. You can see how it cuts off. As long as that line is under your eyes/mirrors it's dark.

Second is high beam exposing all light dropping the shield.

Those are very bright, I didn't even think that they made the 75w. I think that I'm going to aim my projector up a little.

No they are not too high just bright as hell. here are a couple pic...

Like I was saying. That's under the cutoff. They're either aimed too high or pic was taken too low in main beam. Here's proof

First pic is under the cutoff in the main beam. Second is above the cutoff.

The rest show how the light cuts off to other drivers.

Pretty much sums up why HID shouldn't be used in reflective housings

Whatever. Nothing wrong with hids in the regular housing.

You're partially right. If the car came with oem reflector HIDS then no there's nothing wrong with it(Lexus IS300, earlier Infiniti g35, 2nd gen Prius,2nd gen escalade, etc)

If the car came with halogens then theres plenty wrong with it.

Oem reflector HIDS have reflectors made just for HIDS to PROPERLY spread light. Halogen reflectors cannot properly disperse HID lighting.

Here's another pic. The cutoff of my lights is way below the windshield of this truck. Scott your fogs would blind the **** outta him. No cutoff and glare out the *****.
