DS wont return to stock

After 4 attempts I can't restore my truck tuning to stock with my inTune. Stuck in endless cycles of tune failed to load. Supposed to go to the dealer in the AM.

Looks like I will have a locked DS with hf tuning.

Once it does the first write and cycle power it comes back, hits 100% then I stare at a circle spinning for 10 minutes and get a failed to load screen.

In the past I tried returning back to stock tune & it glitched out, wouldn't start. Try disconnecting negative on battery, than go through tune writing procedure, that worked for me. Hope this helps

Yup, I decided that getting to work everyday in a reliable truck was more important than spending $$$ for a few HP. I just put it in tow/haul for no MDS ; good enough for me, if I wanted something really fast I could have saved money instead of buying this truck and bought a hemi challenger. Please let us know wht you figure out to fix it, for future reference.
This is as much a reason for me not to buy a tuner as warranty worries; I HATE electronics and worry I'd get stuck in a cycle exactly like yours.
Sorry to hear this, and hope you get'er figured out ASAP.

You may need a calibration update. Give them a call. That's your best bet. I wasn't able to restore my backup and they walked me through the update and all is fine again.

You should alway alway back up your stock tune. If there is an issue with the tuner atleast you have that file..

Don't get me wrong, I'd LOVE to have the diablo w/Hemifever tune but I'm too worried about reliability because it's my daily driver.
