Just changed my license plate lights to LEDs over the weekend, and I really like the result.
It was really easy, and I think almost everybody can perform a DIY on this one.
I first got two 921 LED on eBay ($5).
When you finally receive them, go to your car:
Just take the harness out of its housing from under the car:
Take out the OEM bulb by just pulling on it:
Put the new LED in:
Put everything back, make sure its tight; and enjoy it: (Just cleaned the lens right before the picture, so thats why its a lil wet)
Take pictures and post on RF
(At night)
Ive heard that LEDs are polarity sensitive; meaning if it doesnt work when you turn it on, its probably that you put it the wrong way. Just reopen, flip the LED 180 degrees, put it back in, and you are good to go.
