I have a 2018 3500 with 6.4l engine with about 49,000 miles on it. Randomly started getting the ABS/EBS lights coming on and off starting about a month ago. Doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason, they will come on and off a few times and then go away. Some drives they don't come on at all, some drives it happens a lot. Doing some research I guess there is an issues with the hydraulic control unit (HCU) or the ABS module? I saw someone mention a bulletin from Ram that states to replace the HCU only and that get's rid of the problem. Can anyone confirm this?
Doesn't look to hard of a job, but want to make sure this is most likely the issue before I get the part.
Speaking of parts, @AllMoparParts.com , is the P/N for the HCU on my truck 68143491AA? Thanks for the help Benny.
