Anyone started this? Can you make a list of what all we need to submit? I started it and have to look for everything, but I don't want to keep entering my VIN to see what I need

I actually submitted two claims. One as a previous owner and one as a current owner (yes I’ve owned two).

Previous Owner:
-Copy of Drivers License (Govt Issued I’d)
-Proof of when it was purchased (buyers order from dealership)
-Proof of when it was sold (buyers order on different vehicle showing it as trade)

Current Owner:
-Copy of Drivers License (Govt Issued Id)
-Proof of when it was purchased (buyers order from dealership)
-Current registration

OK. Got that information converted to pdf now. So I just file the claim and wait to hear from them?

I got an email in a couple of days (4?) saying both of them had been approved. Then is a PDF that has to be printed, signed, notarized and returned (plus scheduling/completion of the AEM).

I finally got around to printing my offer pages, signing them and having them notarized. Scanned them back in and replied to the individual emails that I had gotten. I got a response on both of them saying "We're not sure why we're not receiving your attachments and do apologize for this inconvenience. Feel free to submit your claim by mailing the completed documents to (ensure you reference this claim number):" The only thing that I can imagine they're having a problem with is the the new PDFs are close to 8mb. I guess I'll try to rescan and resent them.

Well that sucks! I'm still waiting to hear back from them. It's only been a few days though. I'm sure they're swamped

I've re-scanned and re-sent it to them. We'll see what they say.

Sorry not a eco diesel owner so not sure what's all goin on with this but my father has owned 2 of them in the last few years. Anyone care to explain to me what the settlement is about and what you get out of it?

As a previous owner, he should be able to get $990 (for each of them) from FCA. He would need to submit the above documents to prove ownership dates.
