I just googled, looks like you tube has a video that will show location and how to change it.

Your 2010 doesn’t have an EGR valve.

^ What he said. They stopped putting them on the hemis in 2010. Drove myself crazy looking for my EGR valve when I was putting my 2011 300C back to stock to sell it. Finally realized the 06 was the one that had the EGR delete.
On the off chance that you do have one, look for a metal tube, about a half inch in diameter or so, coming out of the intake manifold going down towards the engine block.
