Disconnect EGR plug C1 ECM and you’ve rfe or Bighorn I believe 71-71 green and blue cable connected to dkblu and dkblu yellow also depends of your truck connection blue and green it’s going to bypass MAP MAF INTAKE THROTTLE ALL WHICH IS SHOWING SAME LINE CONTINUITY VOLTAGE LOAD TEST VOLTAGE DROP TEST( IF YOU SEE 00.5V and GOES 00.1V CHECK PIN 4 Cable which is C1 connector 71-72 Pin Continuity and replace that 71&72 to Splice 2458A)AND REMAIN TEST FOR EGR ECM check and follow what I’m saying You have to check first egr wires 1-2-3-4-5 for power pin 5 & 4 load test and check ecm to 12345 pins egr continuity voltage and load test if everything ok than ecm drive control if it ok last stop replace EGR but one more before changing egr 4-5 continuity if you see 13000 ohm %100 replaced EGR. that’s the real real repair but it will take time to confirm everything.
P.S WITHOUT THIS TESTS YOU CANT CHANGE EGR ITSELF BECAUSE IT WILL NOT BE RIGHT REPAIR 0489 will back %100
