Hi everyone,
I'm from Germany and have been driving my Gen4 Laramie since 2018 without any significant problems.
The regular maintenance, such as tie rods, oil changes, brakes, lights, etc., were all easy to do.
But now I'm suddenly having several problems and can't find the error?
The error codes according to AlfaOBD are:
B1D0B
Driver Mirror Vertical Position Sensor Input Short circuit to + battery
However, I can adjust the mirror normally using the switch on the driver's side. Only the automatic lowering when reversing no longer works on the driver's side.
I removed the mirror glass and couldn't find any faults with the wiring.
P0108
Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor Circuit High
I've already ordered a new sensor and will replace it. I hope this solves the problem.
B109B
Panel Mode Door 2 Control Circuit/Performance
I dont´t know the issue?
Additionally, I've been having a problem with the PDC/PTS sensors not working for some time.
B1298 and the other sensors
Short circuit to + battery
I've already replaced the rear wiring harness and the sensors.
I can't find any wiring errors here either.
Additionally, I have the problem that the left DRL always goes out when I press the brake pedal.
I can also hear a clicking noise in the center console...
I have Morimoto headlights installed, and they otherwise work perfectly, but if I connect the DRL as Morimoto described, does it go out on the driver's side when I brake?
I have checked and cleaned all ground connections, I have checked and cleaned the main connector on the driver's side, I have checked and cleaned the connector for the light on the TIPM and the connection behind the grill, I can't find any broken wires or short circuits anywhere.
I hope someone here can help me. I would really appreciate US support, as US drivers here in Germany unfortunately don't know much about electronics.
In the worst case scenario, it would be the PCM or TIPM???
Thanks in advance for your help and tips.
Best regards from Germany
