Electrical Ghost - Head light/blinker/ fog light

‘15 Ram 1500 Eco Diesel. 67,*** miles. Just started to happen. When it’s raining or after washing, my left side head light/ blinker & right side fog light do not work. They will work again after a day or 2 to dry out. Is it a ground issue? Dealer only fix? I have tried to go online to get a wiring schematic. No luck.

something to check next time it happens, check to see if they work with the engine not running but the ignition ON. If they don't, start looking for a loose connectors.
Have you changed the bulbs to LED?

Took truck into dealer. They have determined it is a ground. They want total of $450 to do a patch ground. I am into this for $140 at this pt. So additional $310. Making up my decision if I should go forward or find a capable local garage.
