I'm having some frustrating electrical issues on my 99.

1) the blower isn't working. Connected to 12V it works. I've got 12V at the plug going into the blower. The resistor seems fine, OHM tested.
2) power windows aren't working, like the blower the will when connected directly to 12V. The fuse is good.

Initially I thought these were related and maybe had something to do with the ignition switch. I read another post where someone else had similar issues. So I replaced the switch. The truck is new to me so I'm not really familiar if something else isn't working as it should. But other things I've noticed are,
-The digital odometer isn't counting.
-Key halo light won't go out (with new or old ignition switch)

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, I'm at my wits end.
