ELV/ESCL?

I'm trying to program a fob with AlfaOBD. I'm told in the app that I need to run 'ELV Replaced,' or 'ESCL Replaced' if my vehicle is equipped with ELV/ESCL. But I don't know if my vehicle is equipped with it or not, and apparently if it's not, then I can damage the WCM.

From my understanding, electronic steering lock is for push button vehicles. If I don't have a push button vehicle (it's a fob that acts like a key, is inserted and turned), is it safe to say I don't have ELV or ESCL?

I am exactly at this point too with a 2010 1500 SLT. All of the guides I can find seem to reference an earlier version of Alfaobd. This has been a frustrating experience up to this point, hope someone has done this successfully since original post.
