engine start up

2010 3500 6.7 some times when starting engine starts but shakes and sounds like only firing on some of the cylinders, sut it down then restarts fine, any ideas as to what may be happening? doesn't give any trouble codes.

There could be several things going on here. How long has it been doing this? Did something change in your driving routine recently? Did you start getting fuel at new location? Are you the only driver of the truck (teenage driver?) Has there been any recent repairs to the fuel system? Is the in-tank lift pump working properly? (Can you hear it come on if you put your ear to the bottom of the tank?)

Are you having winter temps ? I agree, could be a fuel pump issue.
