Looks nice! Did you buy the tails tinted or do them yourself? I wish it would've been that nice here. I really want to get my amps off the table and where they belong.

I bought a set of stock tails and tinted them myself along with a set of 4th gen tails for my dads '11 (last weekends project)

I used to have a set of tinted LED tails, I wasnt really all that happy with them and both of them ended up breaking

Did you use the spray on kit? Looks good. I've been thinking of doing mine.

I spray them a little on the heavy side with both VHT and the clear (I used duplicolor clear on the amber corners of the headlight and they came out really well too)
I put on alot of clear and wet sand the hell out of them
Her tails I had to start with 1500 cause I let it cure to long and 2000 wasnt cutting it
Then I went to 2000 and on these I finished with 2500 grit
I polished them with meguiars ultimate compound and a mothers powerball lol and finally by hand

Should look really good with a coat of wax on them

that 2K stuff......it gets HARD - but its the best rattle can clear.

And, I wouldn't wax it for a bit - that will not let it breathe.....or cure. give it at least 6 weeks.

That looks like what I drove in on I80 Friday. Lost my rear end sideways at 55 mph...just saved it. Just got her locked in 4wd and slowed down more before I saw 3 more trucks off the interstate and into the woods, nasty stuff
