I find them to be really loud. Maybe its because they are a 37 inch terra grappler but at highway speeds i cant hear the passanger in the front seat.

Discuss.......and flame suit is on

I can relate a tad..I have the trail grapplers, they arent the loudest nor the quietest. Definitely have had louder MT tires, but the Terra Grapplers are no regular radial tire so they are going to be a tad louder but hard to believe you cant hear your passenger talking lol

Odd. Could be. I have 34" grapplers and they aren't loud. Not sure if the size makes a difference or not.

My nitto 420's are super quiet :) But with the bigger tires you usually get bigger spaces between the tread maybe that's why?

Hmm I had 33" terra grapplers, were pretty much as quiet as oem radial. My pro comp xtreme terrains are loud as **** and can hear them at like 20mph+

I am running 35" terra grapplers, and they are no louder than the stock tires were. I owuld have the tires checked again, make sure they are balanced correctly as well. Are they riding ok? Any vibrations in the steering wheel or gas pedal?

Many years ago I read in one of the 4x4 magazines that most tires change the dimensions of the tread pattern at 35" tires, so maybe that's part of the discrepency between the reviews. The under 35" may actually have a quieter tread pattern.

Just a guess, I don't have any data that these tires conform to that.

My 4 new Nitto Mud Grapplers (35x12.50-20) aren't that quite and a huge difference with my old Nitto Trail Grapplers 295/65r20's but they look much better!

I dident even think they made a 37in terra so I had to look it up. Shocked they had one. Anywho. IMO if you go with a 37in tire you cant complain about sound unless you got some real issues that is more a defect fault they a design issue. But im very shocked that one would find issue when rocking a 2012 cummins....

For a high output 6.7 it doesn't have much get up and go right now. It has 37 s and 373 gears but I'm sure it will get better as it miles up a little bit. I'm sure the tires reduce some power
