First off I live in an area that isnt exactly zealous about cat converters. That said I have the 318 MPI and it has a rotten exhaust on it. I was wondering if I can obsolete the cat as far as how this would effect the overall performance/driveability of my vehicle. I guess basically I want to know if I can just hack off my pipes and run a poor mans dual straight pipes to the front of the rear tires with causing problems with my pcm and such. What would I do with the O2 sensor? I'm a first time ram owner and am used to driving old beaters as daily drivers so hack-em n strap-em's are nothing new. Sorry this is so long.
