Express Front and Rear Fascia/Bumpers Interchangeability

I tried searching for an answer to this, but couldn't find anything. If I were to get an Express, is it possible to swap over the front fascia and bumpers (also rear) from a model that has the chrome metal bumpers? It looks like the Express has a single piece front fascia, and the SLT/Laramie looks to have 2 pieces.

I like the pricing of the Express, but I like the look of the Chrome bumpers. I would also probably be swapping out the grille.

Yes. You could also most likely find someone who wants to do the swap - as many prefer the painted plastic bumpers to the chrome.

The express facia has an I-beam under it that is bolted to conventional bumper mounts. You would need the steel chrome bumper, the trim piece that hides the gap on top of it, and the spoiler/air dam piece for the bottom of it.


Or just negotiate a deal on a tradesman with the options you want.

I am doing the opposite with the grille, going color matched with a 2013.

best way is to find someone willing to do the trade. just did this the opposite way though, and couldn't be happier.
