Factory LED tail lights

anyone know if the factory LED tail lights with work in a non-LED equipped truck without major electrical rewiring...also, the taillights are the same for all years correct?

You will need to make a adapter to power them up. There's a few write ups on here.

JJ has said though he is working on a adapter. Don't know the ETA.


and yes all the taillights are the same as far as size and shape.
