I bought a 2019 Ram Bighorn to replace the Ram that a tree fell on and I decided to buy the three year warranty from the dealer and it turned out the new one had the exaust tick on the passenger side, I called the dealer who had to order the manifold and a week later they called me to bring it in. I took my Ram in at 9am and they called and said it was done at 4:30pm. No charge. I never expected it to be that fast.
