Fault Code C1504 DSC Right Front Valve

I have a fault code on my 2015 Sport that when I checked with my cheaper OBD reader.

It is a C1504 fault code that indicates its a dynamic stability control valve on the right front side.

I did some google searching but I must be using the wrong search words as not much came up.

Anyone know what this fault code is, is it a backyard mechanic job, and is it costly to replace at a garage.
