I think you posted a thread on the other forum but yes, I do have experience with Chevy buying back a vehicle. They will offer you another vehicle less your use. It pretty much ends up just like you willingly traded your vehicle in and are buyingt another vehicle. ie, you lose big time!

If you are at this point, get a lemon law lawyer involved. Not a lawyer, a lemon law lawyer who specializes in lemon law. It's an easy process to be honest and you'll get reimbursed if you have a case which is pretty easy to establish and it will cost you nothing.

Had 2 ecodiesels bought back. Pain in rear end. The buyback people are either very nice or a royal pain and do not be afraid to escale to management. It goes a lot easier. After 2 lemons, I bought a Ford.

Yes FCA replaced my 2018 2500 6.4. Unable to fix a factory defect exhaust leak. It cost me $510 for the miles I drove in 2018. Ca has one of the best, for consumer, lemon laws. When Ramcare saw that the dealer effort and Ram technical support couldn't fix the truck and it met the State lemon Law. They offered to replace or refund.

My wife didn't like me anymore and divorced me a while back. I paid her a little extra in the settlement and got to keep the two dogs.

Damn I miss those dogs, lol
