Fender Flare Help??

I found a pair of fender flares on my local craigslist. Guy is selling all 4 for $100. He says it fits 2010 and up. I have a 2011. But he doesn't know what brand. I don't know anything about fender flares. I have a picture of them I'll post it. Can anyone out there give me a little more info on them by the picture? Like are they worth $100 and maybe eben be able to tell what brand/style they are..its the only picture i have of them right now.

About a half a dozen firms make pocket style flares for the Ram trucks so it's hard to tell what they are from that pic. Have you seen these in person? The model number and/or make are usually stamped on the inside.

How come the seller isn't saying what brand they are?
