For 4 years my floor heat emitted minimal flow. I dug into it once or twice and swapped motors around but figured the problem was a door so i abandoned it. The only time i ever want to go in the box is when its time for a heater core.
Well, here is the fix:
Grab the carpet
And tuck it underneath where its supposed to go
Boom! I got floor heat. No longer dread the late night 35 degree trip to the corner store in sandles.
