I've never upgraded the grounds and power wires on a truck like this..... How exactly do you run it to the alternator and to the other locations? Like I said I've never done this before lol

A lot of audio shops will sell it by the foot...all you have to do is cut it to length and add the appropriate ends.

0 gauge cable, crimped with ring terminals
5 sections
6', 5', 4', 3', 1' all shipped to my house for $60.00 made a great connection with a guy at a shop in Tennessee.

Ben:
Extreme Car Audio - Morristown
1227 W.1st North St.
Morristown Tn 37814

Cable was delivered in 2 days, and Ben included a couple of extra ring terminals.
Got to say, very impressed with this shop. Wish I was closer to them.

Ok I watched a couple videos on the YouTube and I think I can tackle this! So I connect the battery positive to the fuse box, the alternator to the positive on the battery. Then negative on the battery to frame? If I miss something plz correct me lol I'm not goin to do this till next week some time.

What I did was:
positive from battery to fuse
fuse to alternator
negative from battery to chassis 1' - fender
negative from battery to chassis 4' - frame
negative from battery to engine

zip tie and use loom to protect and look a lil more like it belongs..lol

Hey where did you get that sub box? It looks like the subs dont touch the seats. Im worried about buying a box and haveing the sound muffled becasue the subs touch the seat. This set up looks great, if anyone knows where to buy one or can recommend a site let me know. thanks.

sorry, fuse box..
these 0 gauge cables were just for power and ground upgrade between between battery and alternator. grounds were 2 x chassis and engine.
I will be installing my power cable for my amps in the next couple of weeks. that will be fused about 1.5 to 2 feet from battery.
