Hi everyone. Perhaps with your help I can understand what happens to my Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi 5.7 liters. I installed the cut out valve about 2 months ago. The installation was done form profession mechanic. Since then I have noticed that cold starts, in the morning, are not regular. The minimum is not regular and remains high and lowers and rises again. Sometimes the yellow engine light came on. This happens for about 20 seconds then everyone gets regular and the light goes out. I cannot be sure that this problem coincides exactly with the installation of the cut out valve. Obviously when I turn on the RAM the valve is closed. Once the engine is hot, any other ignition of the day is smooth and hassle-free.
