First Time Ram Owner -- Questions

Hi everybody. So Friday, I picked up a 2015 RAM 4X4 Crew with 7,000 miles:



The dealer advertised it as a Outdoorsman, which I think is incorrect, and CarFax states that it is a SLT. How do I find out what model it is?

It has a Hemi, a center console, heated seats and steer wheel, power seat, etc., but NO badging, and a single exhaust.

Also, what is this?

You could view it as the Outdoorsman is an SLT with the outdoorsman option package.

You could register at the RAM site, owners portal, enter your VIN and get a build sheet. That will tell you what all it came with from the factory.

The sportsman has skid plates, tow hooks, and a 32 gal tank standard, but you could get those as options on other models. It came with 17 inch wheels. I think they had two tone paint too. The security, remote start, and luxury group was standard. The 8.4A radio also I think.

It has 7,000 miles and is pretty much stock, except for the front window tint and the eyebrow.

I have ordered the WeatherTech Mats and Mud Flaps, and a Rhino Liner is getting sprayed in today.

the knob almost looks like one that someone would have used to control a sub or something.

correction to up above i believe the 32 gal tank was an option on that also as my old outdoorsman had the 26.

also add if its a outdoorsman there is no 4x4 auto just hi-lo and 2wd
