First trip to the service bay

Less than 3k miles and my intermittant wipers stopped being intermittant, plus sometimes they take a swipe when I turn on my turn signals.

I really hope this isn't a sign of things to come.

Just a guess it's the multi function switch. Common problem on Fords & Dodge has just as much going on there.

Seems like something simple. I wouldn't put to much energy into worrying.

Make sure there are no dents in your truck afterwards ....but hope they take care of you.

No dents and make sure the interior pieces are snapped together clean.

Its the multi-function switch, which is on national back-order. He said it would probably be 2-4 weeks before they could get one in. Apparently this is fairly common on the '11s and '12s, he said they've seen several back in for the same thing. Must be all too common if its on national back order.

mine has been kinda doing the same thing, once in awhile if i have the wipers on they will just stop in the middle of the windshield. I wonder since its a known issue they will fix it if they can't duplicate it.

New multi-function switch installed this morning. It took about an hour and the wipers and signals work as they should with the new one.
