Need to know if I can fit 18x9 with a -12 offset on my 2013 2500 tradesman with 35 12.50. I’m currently running 35s on stock 17s but the truck is leveled wasn’t sure if I could fit with the offset

You'll fit that tire easily. Worst case you might have to do a little trimming to the plastic.
