Flasher Relay?

I know to fix hyper flashing turn signals I can wire a resistor into the circuits, but I have seen led compatible flasher relays put in some Chevrolet trucks and I thought that would be a cleaner option instead of splicing. I can’t find anything about a flasher relay in these trucks though.

There is no flasher relay, it’s controlled by the BCM, I think that’s the correct modules name.
