My 15 ram 2500 didnt come with fog light in the bumper. I havent got under it to look so i dont know but is the wiring harness for the fog light on the truck? and on the inside my 04 you have to pull the light switch out to turn them on, do the new ones have a button or do they come on with the lights? I am replacing the bumper soon but for now i was going to cut holes in it and wire up led fog lights like i did with my 04.

The wiring isn't there. I thought I did a complete write up on this, as I did it to my truck, but can't seem to find it. At this point you can find the fog light jumper harness but that's it for the wiring. You have 2 options to connect the jumper to the main harness.

1. Buy the complete headlight harness w/fogs install that. $150. No idea how hard it is to remove and replace the harness. Remove just the foglight section and add it to your current harness, so the jumper will plug into it.

2. Cut the end off of the jumper. Tie the 2 grounds together and find a spot to ground them. Get some wire (18ga) extend the 2 feeds to the main connection point under the PDC (fuse panel) and tap into the foglight feed for the truck side.

You'll still need the headlight switch w/fogs and the sales code to activate the fogs.

I can post pics and part numbers if you are interested in doing the install

I am going to put the fogs on it but not stock, and im putting a solid bumper on soon so for now im going to just cut out my stock bumper. I have off road leds in my 04 and those are what im going to use, they are bright but not too bright, i dont like the way the stock ones are square anyway. My of the lights are still plugged into the factory harness.

Do you have the part # for the the bracket pair?

Also, anyone ever run an amber led light in stock housing?
I don't have factory fogs and just added a ranch hand bumper. I have plenty of light down the road but need some good low level lights for fogs... any suggestions would be awesome.
