Sorry for being so late on a reply, I did stop by my friends house/shop and he said that he does have those "fold flat floor" trim in 2 different styles, #1. has a special locks to hold the upper portion to the lower and the 2nd style trim has inserts made to them and uses a small screw to hold the top and bottom together, from what I have seen.. they look really good, and also the trim can be made in different colors, black being to most common, let me know if there is anything else i can do my friend

I didn't see my last post with the update on the fold flat floor trim, YES my friend has them. he said that they can be any color and also with or without screws. PM for more info, Thanks
