Forged Engine input

Ok, so I know how to rebuild an engine, and I'm looking to build a forged 5.7/6.1. But I am unsure where exactly is the good forged parts, so anyone that has a forged engine can you please tell me where you got your parts as well as any other information I will need. I plan on running about 15PSI and 125 wetshot. Right now I'm at 6PSI and 75 shot because I'm scared to blow internals. Any information is very helpful thank you!

I got a forged molnar stroker 4340 crank and carrillo 4340 rods and pistons. About $3000 and rated for 700 plus hp.
