So I was inside the garage today getting ready to disconnect my battery to reset my pcm after a couple o2 sensor installs and while I was under there I notice a hose that was disconnected from my CAI. The hose was actually split so had to tape it up and re-attach it. I have no idea what this hose is but it was at the back of the engine on the drivers side, I'm assuming a vacuum line. So while I had the CAI off I decided to clean the throttle body. Put it all back together and turn it on and no more CEL and the truck idles much better.

Good to know, thanks. Is that important? I'm not sure how long I went with that disconnected

as long as nothing got down in it your fine. it just allows crankcases gasses to go into the intake to burn and its supposed to be better for the environment. Im not positive but Im guessing that might have had something to do with the code you were getting
