Ok, now that it is warmer out, I was able to roll the windows down.....and I am hearing some chattering when going over bumps. Sounds like metal on metal chatter, so I was looking around the front end and didn't notice anything out of place...any suggestions!? Half the post is cobblestone, and it is driving me insane!!!!

Could either be a bad upper or lower ball joint, or an inner or outer tie rod. are the front tires wearing out funny?

No not at all. Handles just fine too except for this constant chatter hitting even the smallest bumps. Going to look under it again this weekend. I did notice that the sway arm link bushings are cracked/worn. Might as well order new bushings for the front and do everything at the same time, considering that I will have to take apart the front end anyways to do the spindle lift.

Id do the bushings and check out the upper and lower balljoints. What shocks are you running?

I think I fixed most of the front end chatter....Got up under it again, this time with the wheels on the ground and found the right side bolts at the bottom of the shock (where it mounts to the bottom control arm) were just a little bit loose...enough to there the shock was not seated fully to the control arm. Did a little test this morning on the drive into work and it is about 90% better! Going over speed bumps, you can still hear it, but normal road bumps, it is pretty much eliminated.
