You'll need to add the details with parts that were installed.
Tires won't squeak regardless of their sizes.

Ok so my trucks lvl and i just had 35s put on with some non hub centric spacers no rubbing but now i hear a squeak coming from the front end. Truck has 30k miles but there was no squeak with 33s. Could the spacers be causing this?

Tires dont squeak, bushings could, brakes, spacers, metal to metal rubbing where it shouldn't etc.

so it must be the spacers then or something. Guess I need t find a good set of hub centric spacers but I really don't want to get a 1.5" spacer lol.

Try to find where the noise is coming from, having somebody else behind the wheel helps a lot, have somebody steer left or right in yor driveway while you listen for the noise, move the truck backward/forward doing the same, you could lift the front with a jack right in the middle of the crossmember and get both tires in the air, then wiggle the tires from 12-6 then 3-9 oclock position, jack each invidual tire up/down and see if you can reproduce the noise, also make sure that all components are torqued down accordingly.

I know I can push down on the front of the truck and it makes the noise. But like I said latterly all they did was mount the tires and spacer and that's when the noise started. The 33s that I had on it and with no spacer no noise and now spacer and 35s it squeaks

Only 2 things changed so it’s either the tires, doubtful, or spacers
